A Dane living in The Netherlands

Saturday, March 22, 2003

Congratulations to my niece Rikke (Nope, no website yet....hint hint) - she got 13 (equals A+ in US, 100 in Italy and a 10 in the Netherlands) in her latest essay, where they had to write an adventure. Rikke wrote her adventure in the classic form with three brothers and a witch, but added a sense a humour you rarely see in the established adventure (see: children scarer)
(Maybe she will translate it into english, so you all can laugh as loud as I did!)

----

I became a member of Digital Regio Friesland - a Frisian community! I did not know it existed until recently, where it turned up during a surfing session, but the change of being the first Dane there was simply irresistable (even though I live in Leeuwarden, I am Danish, and I have an apartment in Copenhagen!!!!)
