We went for a walk last night and could hear all the toads in the neighbourhood - we both thought they sounded a bit like our noisiest cat, Dien.
From the sound of it, we can expect LOTS of toadlings later this year (what's the name of them in english? In danish it's Haletudse and in dutch Kikkervisje).

I'm moving on with my thesis - I'm reading Frank Schaap and Goffman these days; hoping to get to Fines book SOON!
