Tirumasu-fanatics? I need to make some for my birthday-party at saturday. Yes, I know, there are many versions but still....24 versions of Tiramisu on one webpage??? I prefer mine with Amaretto, Savoiardi/Ladyfingers, espresso and only cocoa on the top - not IN the mix! That makes it version no. 5 for me. And now I'm at it....I found a recipe for a horrible version of Tiramisu....no biscuits and instant coffee instead of espresso?! SHAMELESS, I say! SHAMELESS!!
