Tempus Tommy

A Dane living in The Netherlands

Thursday, October 09, 2003

Richard has been up here from Leeuwarden the last few weeks, but unfortunately he had to go back last saturday, because he's got to work. I can't follow, since I have my thesis to finish by Nov. 3rd.

----

Thesis is going well - I'm working on the last part of the empiric chapter, and by now I only need to cover touch, spatial behaviour and appearance. I have had a HARD time finding articles or even thoughts about the importance of clothing in role playing games. I know Lisbeth wrote something about some pants for Milagro, and two weeks ago I found a role playing magazine in Ã…rhus, where one of the articles covers some amusing experiences in LARPs (Live-Action Role Playing games).

----

I've rented out the back room to a girl from Jylland (Jutland - westernmost part of DenmarK). She needed someplace to live and I needed the money, so that was a perfect match. After a few days of chaos, everything is sorted out now. I didn't use that part of the apartment for anything much anyway, and it gave me a REALLY good chance to get things sorted out. Cleaning out is GOOD!
